Important Things to Note:

Once you have scheduled your session, you will receive a confirmation email that will have a Zoom link included. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact me at hello@laurenjenkinsmedium.com

Sessions can only be booked using one email address. If you are booking a session with more than one participant and you will not be physically together for the session, you will need to forward the confirmation email to them, or send them the Zoom link so they are able to participate.

FOR GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES: (Found under the classes/events tab)

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have the recipient of the gift certificate contact me to schedule their session. All gift certificate sales default to the same date and time. Recipients should contact me at hello@laurenjenkinsmedium.com or they can use the contact form found on the website

All sessions are EASTERN STANDARD TIME

Be sure to check out the WHAT TO EXPECT page before your session

 If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must notify me 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit the payment for the scheduled session. 

Rescheduling the session will be at my discretion.
