What to Expect when you book a session

These are the most frequent questions and concerns I get

• Do you need to do anything before your session? The short answer is no, but prior to your session, I always recommend taking a minute and just ask your loved ones to come and hang out with us. This doesn't have to be a ritual, or anything even outward. You can simply, quietly, say it to yourself. Trust me, they hear it!

• You do not need to bring anything to the session except your sweet self. You can bring a drink if you want because well be talking for at least an hour. I drink water pretty much the whole time.

• I will write almost the whole time we're talking. This is simply because I'm essentially carrying on two conversations at one time, and frankly, your loved ones talk super fast sometimes.

• You don't need to take notes or anything during the session. The session is recorded and you will receive the recording. I encourage you to download the video onto a device or flash drive so you have it forever. Zoom will purge the recording after 30 days so make sure you do that within that timeframe.

• I have no control over who shows up, or how long they hang out.

• If something doesn't make sense right away, that's ok. It may show up later for you.

• You can ask questions. I will do my best to get the answers you're looking for.

• All sessions are confidential. If your grandma airs out all of the family drama, it's safe with me. I will never share anything without your consent!!!

• Sessions occur on Zoom and are recorded. The recording is then sent to you to download and keep.
