September 2022, while my husband was outside grilling, my very dead great grandmother was suddenly there holding my hand. For those of you wondering, yes, I almost shit my pants. The crazy part is that I felt an incredible calm come over me. It felt like a deep knowing, and reassurance. 

According to my birth chart and my human design, it all makes perfect sense. It's practically coded into my DNA. I'm a "Sensitive Sally" in every possible way. I later learned that my great grandmother also had some type of gift but at that time, she didn't have the language for it. Her showing up for me I think was the acknowledgement that this is just who we are, even though she was never able to express it.

Immediately following that evening, I started reaching out to mentors. It was in that space that I started to understand the gravity of the way I experience people, and the world. What I thought everyone felt, turned out to be my unique set up that allows me to feel the unspoken, and see the hidden. I now understand why some people wear me out and feel like chaos, while others feel calm and relaxed. I discovered what explained it all. 

Regardless of where this journey here takes me, my soul's mission is to love well. I hope you feel that here.
