What is 101?

101 was created to provide you with a foundation of spiritual concepts. Each topic has videos, digital notes and resources, and support to help you explore them all in your own way. 

When I first began exploring spirituality, I would've GREATLY benefited from something like 101. As I was learning these mind blowing things, I was also equally confused and a little scared of what was coming next. Some type of basic understanding would've helped support me in a way that felt better. 

There are no rules in spirituality. No one should tell you, "this is how you do it". It's important for me that you have information, but that you're able to explore and decide what it all means for you. There is no right or wrong here; just your experience.
