After you book your session (regardless of type) you should receive a confirmation email. The email includes the Zoom link you'll use for your session. The link will say, "Join appointment".
If you do not receive the email with the link within 30 minutes of booking, please reach out to me directly through the contact form below, or email me at hello@laurenjenkinsmedium.com
Should you be unable to keep your appointment time, you must email me prior to your session appointment time. We will get your session rescheduled, and your initial booking fee will be applied to your new appointment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment time, without notice, it will be my discretion to reschedule your session or not. No refunds will be provided for the missed appointment.
